• Process your registration of interest for the OOH Yacht Party on June 25, 2026
• Send you a confirmation email and follow-up communication about the event
• Manage capacity and waitlist for the event

Registrations are stored in a private Google Sheets document accessible only to event organisers. Confirmation emails are sent via Mailtrap. Both services process data in accordance with their own privacy policies and GDPR commitments.

7. Your Rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data at any time
• Object to processing
• Withdraw consent and be removed from the event list
